ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Customer Relationship Executive focusing on Back-End Operations at MODERN SPAACES, you will be responsible for handling the operational aspects of customer relationships to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. Your role will involve managing backend processes, and maintaining customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process Management: Oversee and manage the back-end operational processes related to the requirements of the real estate business which includes issue of demand notes and collections, nuances of project completion and construction updates, process of registration of sale deed, provisions of the Income Tax on the buyer of a property, government policies/ taxes/charges and other aspects related to the same.
  2. Customer interactions: Communicate with clarity and confidence when handling customer inquiries, issue resolution and manage conflict situations.
  3. Data Management: Ensure the accurate capture, maintenance, and management of customer data and information to facilitate efficient operations and enhance customer service.
  4. Documentation and Reporting: Document the demands and collection details and maintain detailed records of customer accounts, interactions, feedback, and resolutions, and generate reports on key performance metrics related to customer service and operational efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field

  • Experience of at least 1 year in real estate (Mandatory)
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
