Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Executive / J1 at Tata Capital in Raipur. The role involves managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling business relationship management tasks on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Client Relations skills
• Business Relationship Management and Communication skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in customer service or client relations is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Knowledge of financial services industry is a plus

MUST HAVE :-

1.MINIMUM 1 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN MORTGAGE , LAP , HOME LOAN SALES IN ANY BANK.

2.MUST BE LOCAL OF RAIPUR .
