Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations Specialist at CloudCity in Kochi. The role involves tasks related to customer retention, satisfaction, support, and service on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Customer Retention, Customer Satisfaction, and Communication skills
• Customer Support and Customer Service skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and implement effective solutions.
• Skilled in resolving customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Compensation:Rs. 2,80,000 - Rs. 3,60,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Includes performance bonuses and comprehensive benefits.
