Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations Manager at Seher Jaipur in Jaipur. The Customer Relations Manager will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience. They will also oversee customer feedback, handle escalations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction.
