Customer Relations Manager

Ruparel Realty - Live Iconic is a construction company based in Mumbai. Since its establishment in 2000, the company has been dedicated to building residential and commercial properties that stand out in the construction industry. With a focus on creating unique marvels, Ruparel Realty is currently constructing 2 million sq.ft in the prime lands of Mumbai Metropolitan Region and has delivered 2.5 lac sq.ft in Navi Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations Manager at Ruparel Realty - Live Iconic. The Customer Relations Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships, addressing inquiries and concerns, coordinating with various departments, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in customer relations or a related field
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
