Customer Relations Manager

PUREDEX is a leading manufacturer and exporter of Modified Starch Adhesives. Our high-quality adhesives are used in the manufacturing of carton boxes, paper tubes, paper edge protectors, and paper honeycomb products. This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations Manager located in Chennai. As a Customer Relations Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. This includes handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, providing product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and contribute to the improvement of our products and services.
