Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Customer Relations Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with clients, handling customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role will also involve coordinating with other teams, monitoring customer feedback, and identifying areas for improvement in customer service processes.
