Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations Manager at AYRA in Mumbai. The Customer Relations Manager will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, maintaining customer satisfaction, and building strong customer relationships. They will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient and effective customer service.
