Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations Manager at Auramah Valley in Shimla. The Customer Relations Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships, resolving customer inquiries and issues, coordinating guest services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and ensure their needs are met.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
