Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers to provide investment and mortgage support.
- Manage and maintain strong customer relations by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Utilize sound knowledge of US mortgage processes to assist customers effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Meet and exceed performance targets and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification of 10+2 (High School Diploma).
- Previous experience in customer relations, particularly in the US mortgage process, is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of investment and mortgage support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
