Role Description
At Pancham, we prioritise the act of enriching customer interaction over everything else. We're looking for a skilled telecaller to join as a customer service representative to enable the same. Telecalling work involves learning processes and scripts, so the ideal candidate will have to be a quick learner. Keen observation skills and the ability to gauge tiny important details through a phone conversation go a long way. The ideal Customer service representative should be able to absorb customer feedback and make the customers feel heard while generating leads and meeting sales objectives.
