We provide compliance testing, remote visual inspection, product pick-up and delivery, and compliance report generation. Our state-of-the-art facilities include a 1-meter and 3-meter semi-anechoic EMC chamber with a testing range of 30 Hz to 40 GHz.

• Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated candidates for the position of Customer Relations Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making cold calls to potential clients in both the US and India, promoting our testing services, and establishing strong customer relationships. This role is crucial in expanding our client base and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Key Responsibilities

Conduct cold calls to prospective clients in the US and India.

• Promote NexorTest Technologies testing and compliance services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

• Provide accurate information about our services, facilities, and capabilities.

Schedule appointments for follow-up discussions and technical consultations.

• Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business targets.

• Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses to their concerns.

Assist in preparing and delivering presentations to potential clients.

• Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in B.E (ECE, EEE)

• Experience:

For Freshers: No prior experience required, but a strong willingness to learn and adapt to work Environment.

Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Languages: Proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
