Role Description

This is a full-time role as a Customer Relations Executive at Modirealty. As a Customer Relations Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction through documentation and effective communication. This is an on-site role located in vile parle west, mumbai

- payment follow up with clients

- prepare documents like demand letters / agreements / NOC's

- maintain positive relations with clients and solve their queries

- maintain complete record of all transactions and communications with the clients.

Requirements

- past experience in real estate company

- good communication skills
