Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)
Location: Kailash Colony, Delhi
Working Days: 6 Days (Monday to Saturday)
Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Compensation
- Probation Period (First 3 Months): 18,000 in hand per month.
- Post-probation, salary will be revised based on performance.
Job Summary:
Seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our team at Kailash Colony, Delhi. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences by managing calls, handling inquiries, and collaborating with various teams. This role is perfect for freshers or graduates passionate about customer service and sports management.
Key Responsibilities
Handling Customer Calls:
- Respond to inbound calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Make outbound calls to marketing leads and existing customers, resolving issues, following up on leads, and gathering feedback.
- Collect feedback from different customer segments and maintain proper records.
Lead Management:
- Allocate leads to specific Arena Managers based on customer service requirements.
- Send quotations and coordinate with Arena Managers to close leads for events.
Collaboration and Issue Resolution:
- Collaborate with team members and departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Identify and escalate unresolved issues that require additional support.
CRM Tool Management:
- Accurately update customer information and maintain detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system.
Conflict Resolution:
- Manage and resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
Product Knowledge:
- Provide detailed information about Play Arenas to assist customers in making informed decisions.
Job Requirements
- Graduate in any field (Preference for candidates with a degree in Sports Management/Science).
- Professional proficiency in English with excellent communication skills.
