About the role:
As a Customer Relations Executive at BLive, you will be responsible for driving online sales for our EV Tours. You will respond to and make phone calls, answer website chats and emails, drive online sales from OTA's and build a strong relationship with travel and event companies.
Your key deliverables are to:
Online customer support, handling customer queries, complaints & requests. Onboarding OTAs
- Tie ups with travel and event companies
Influencer marketing- Handling social media interactions.
Key Skills:- Experience in handling OTAs
Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English and Hindi
Problem solving skills
You must have:- Graduation preferably in Travel and Tourism/ Hospitality.
2-5 years experience in customer relations preferably in from front office or travel agency.
