Job Description

ARQONZ - Online construction ecosystem

Location - Taramani, chennai

Job Opening - 2

Note - We want dedicated person works with commitment and looking for carrier growth

1. *Outbound Calls:* Make outbound calls to prospective clients from our database to inquire about their sales needs, procurement needs, HR requirements and offer the packages accordingly and support through their journey

2. *Lead Generation:* Identify and qualify potential leads through telephonic conversations, understanding their requirements, and providing information about our services.

3. *Client Follow-Up:* Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients to keep them engaged and informed about new listings and market trends.

5. 4. *Data Management:* Accurately update and maintain customer information and call details in the companys CRM system.

5. *Customer Support:* Answer incoming calls from potential clients, address their queries, and provide information about available products and services.

6. *Appointment Scheduling:* Schedule appointments for property demos and meetings with potential subscribers .

7. *Market Knowledge:* Stay updated with the latest construction market trends, construction values, and industry news to provide accurate information to clients

. 8. *Performance Reporting:* Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on call activities, lead status, and follow-up outcomes.

*Qualifications:* - Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or a related field, preferably within the construction industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

- - Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

- - Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software. - A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- - High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in real estate or marketing will be a plus.
