We are hiring Customer Relation Executive for Logistics Industry

Overview

As a Customer Relation Executive in the logistics industry at our Nandanam location, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships with clients. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and address inquiries promptly
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication
  • Coordinate with internal teams to organize and track shipments
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding shipments and delivery status
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Prepare and maintain customer service documentation and records
  • Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
  • Contribute to the development of customer service strategies and initiatives
  • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer relations
  • Handle administrative tasks related to customer service and logistics operations
  • Contribute to creating a positive and professional work environment
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
  • Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing customer needs and operational requirements
  • Understanding of customer service principles and practices

Work Location : Nandanam, Chennai.
