Job Title: Sales Engineer (Customer Relationship Executive)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Support and Relationship Management:

oAct as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.

oBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their business challenges and providing tailored solutions.

oConduct regular check-ins and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.

1. Sales Support:

oProvide technical guidance and support throughout the sales process

oCollaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and propose solutions that align with their requirements.

oCollaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategies to meet sales targets.

oPresent and demonstrate the value of our products to prospective clients.

3.Customer Engagement and Retention:

oImplement best practices to improve customer experience and satisfaction.

oIdentify and develop strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.

oStay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in customer engagement and retention.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
• 06-3 years of experience in a technical sales or sales engineering role
• Strong understanding of engineering products, services, and industry dynamics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to understand the sales process and contribute to closing deals.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
