Roles & Responsibilities
  • nNew customer onboarding
  • nBe able to understand the nature of client issues and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner.
  • nResponsible for resolving client issues via Live Chat, Email, Phone, and Remote software.
  • nSelf-motivated and be team player.
  • nMaintain policies and procedures when working with clients and provide appropriate information.
  • nCollaborate with team members on knowledge transfer, procedures, and standards.
  • nMaintain accurate records of daily communications and issues resolve

nRequirements
  • nStrong verbal and written communication skills in English & Local language
  • nGood computer knowledge.
  • nSelf-motivated and a team player.
  • nExcellent attendance and punctuality.
  • nExcellent customer service skills.
  • nPreferable language English, Local language
