About the Role:We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Client Onboarding to join our team at NeoDove. As a Client Onboarding, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients have a smooth and successful onboarding experience with our SaaS CRM platform.
Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, including gathering client requirements, configuring the CRM system, and providing training and support.
Collaborate with the sales, customer success, and technical teams to ensure a seamless transition for clients from sales to implementation.
Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and customize the CRM solution to meet their specific requirements.
Provide training sessions and user documentation to clients, empowering them to effectively utilize the CRM platform.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the onboarding process.
Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback and suggestions for improving the onboarding experience and product functionality.
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering a high level of accuracy and quality.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client onboarding projects simultaneously.
Basic knowledge of CRM systems and an eagerness to learn and become proficient in our SaaS CRM platform.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
