Responding to online queries promptly and professionally.- Providing information about vaccination services and pricing.
Handling customer inquiries and issues effectively and courteously.
- Collaborating with the clinical team to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Background in science or related fields preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in computer skills and online platforms.
Day shift. Maximum salary up to 30,000
