About the role:
The Customer Journey Specialist is responsible for analyzing, mapping and optimizing the end-to-end customer experience across all touchpoints and channels for the retention and expansion of Randstad Enterprise's largest clients, with special focus on our ABSM one-to-one approach. This role focuses on understanding customer behaviors, needs and pain points to enhance satisfaction, retention and loyalty throughout the G2000 enterprise customer lifecycle. The Customer Journey Specialist collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies that drive engagement and conversion.
