The position
As a Market Researcher at Novo Nordisk, you will:
- Drive the preparation of high-quality market research for key products, portfolios, and areas of interest for the US market and be responsible for vendor management, challenging them with methodology, cost, processes etc. to improve market research project output.
- Deliver best-in-class customer insight analyses to support senior management in strategic and operational decision-making.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders across NNI US, collaborating with global customer insights counterparts to ensure alignment and successful attainment of common targets.
- Ensure that the outputs from the market research projects meet the standards set by the US organization.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A Master's degree within Marketing, Business, Sociology, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related fields. Focus in the fields of market research or Life/Pharmaceutical sciences is seen as an advantage.
- Work Timings 2:00PM IST to 10:30PM IST.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in a market research function, and/or as a management consultant, in a client-facing capacity. Experience within the pharmaceutical industry and/or in a HQ capacity is an advantage.
- International experience, either from having worked abroad as part of your career or worked in close collaboration with colleagues based in different geographies.
- Demonstrated experience delivering best-in-class strategic insights, identifying growth opportunities, and using qualitative and quantitative insights to drive decision-making.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills in a cross-functional setting.
- Deep industry knowledge of research designs, companies, and practices that drive best-in-class results.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to process complex information.
- Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously and work independently.
About The Department
The Commercial GBS unit is responsible for driving deliverables for multiple Corporate Vice President (CVP) areas within Commercial GBS. This includes Insulin, GLP-1 and Obesity Marketing, Market Access, Commercial Planning, and Commercial Operations. The department also supports BioPharma global marketing for Haemophilia and growth disorders.
