Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Experience Manager at Workassist. As a Customer Experience Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks that include ensuring customer satisfaction, utilizing analytical skills to improve customer experience, effectively communicating with customers, and providing excellent customer service. This role is located in Gurugram.

AVP - Relationship Manager - Wealth (Fast Closure Needed)

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, serving as their trusted advisor and primary point of contact for all treasury-related matters.
• Understand clients financial objectives, risk appetite, and liquidity requirements to tailor treasury solutions that meet their unique needs and contribute to their business success.
• Proactively identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and expand Bank treasury business through cross-selling of products and services.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product specialists, sales teams, and risk management professionals, to develop innovative and customized treasury solutions that address clients evolving needs.
• Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory developments, and industry best practices to provide timely insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
• Monitor and analyze clients treasury transactions, performance metrics, and market conditions to identify risks and opportunities, optimizing treasury strategies and enhancing profitability.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk management guidelines in all treasury activities, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and governance.
• Handle Ultra HNI Client for Mutual Fund Investment
