The ideal candidate loves communicating, interacting and talking to people and proactively solving queries. You will be responsible for interacting with customers across social media platforms
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat and manage all social media accounts
- Work on CRM to ensure all tickets are routinely closed
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
- Onboard corporate and b2b orders and manage them end to end
- Manage partner brand onboarding of new brands who would like to sell on our platform
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- Data entry in various platforms
Qualifications
- 0-1 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
