Job Description

The ideal candidate loves communicating, interacting and talking to people and proactively solving queries. You will be responsible for interacting with customers across social media platforms

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat and manage all social media accounts
  • Work on CRM to ensure all tickets are routinely closed
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
  • Onboard corporate and b2b orders and manage them end to end
  • Manage partner brand onboarding of new brands who would like to sell on our platform
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
  • Data entry in various platforms

Qualifications

  • 0-1 years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
