Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Experience Executive (Male) to join our client Minister Office Furniture team in Kochi, Kerala. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships with our valued clients.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer communications via phone, email, and chat
  • Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex problems when necessary
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and streamline processes
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions in the CRM system
  • Analyze customer feedback and provide insights to enhance products and services
  • Proactively reach out to customers to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded
  • Participate in customer experience initiatives and contribute ideas for improvement

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and empathetic demeanor
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in CRM software and ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • B.Tech(preferred)
  • Knowledge of customer service best practices and experience management
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
  • Strong team player with a customer-focused mindset
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus
