Job Description
The job description of a Customer Experience Executive will include the following responsibilities:
Assist in providing world-class customer care to customers by supporting the front end via email, chat and phone.
Consistently work with other teams to track, solve and innovate our processes and procedures to provide the best customer care in the world
Liaise with production to fix individual customer issues and alterations.
Should be empathetic in nature - he must understand the customers problems and have an intrinsic need to solve for the customers pain points.
Must be able to communicate well orally as well as on email / chats / whatsapp etc.
