ResponsibilitiesResolve customer queries, complaints or requests on daily basis
Build and maintain productive relationships with customers, communicating daily in a professional and courteous manner.
Gather valuable customer feedback and collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to improve our offerings.
Escalate complex customer issues to relevant stakeholders for timely resolution.
Measure the quality of queries based on the effectiveness of solutions provided.
Track the quantity of queries handled to ensure productivity and efficiency.
Engage in cold calling to reach out to potential clients and promote our products/services.
Minimum of 1 year of work experience in customer support or a related field.
Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written.
Patience and the ability to handle challenging customer interactions.
