To provide chat-based support to our users inquiries, and report daily activities to the team lead.

Salary:
15,000-18,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:
- Learn about CrystalPM.ai and its products and services
- Learn the Customer Experience process in CrystalPM
- Develop a basic understanding of the Development process in CrystalPM
- Learn about key Skill areas: Project Management, Program Management, Agile/ Scrum, Kanban, etc
- Provide knowledgeable support to our Product Users, and go the extra mile in providing the most relevant & context-sensitive responses to customer's queries
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to handle evolving customer needs and challenges
- Ensure positive experience and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with Application specialists to escalate and solve complex issues as needed
- Travel to & support the conduction of Product events in Kochi or outside Kochi when needed.
