Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Delight Executive at TONEOPFIT in Bhopal.

Responsibilities:

-Make outbound sales calls to potential customers.

-Present products/services, address queries, and persuade customers.

-Maintain call records and meet sales targets.

-Collaborate with the sales team and update product knowledge.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree preferred

-Proven telesales experience.

-Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

-Basic computer proficiency.

-Ability to work independently and meet targets
