Role Description

This is a full-time Customer Collection Manager role located on-site in Bhusawal. The Customer Collection Manager will be responsible for managing customer collections and ensuring timely payments. Daily tasks include monitoring overdue accounts, contacting customers for payment reminders, developing collection strategies, and maintaining accurate records of payment status.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in customer service and collections
  • Knowledge of credit and lending practices
  • Ability to work independently and meet collection targets
  • Analytical skills for assessing credit risks
  • Proficiency in MS Office and collection software
  • Attention to detail and organization skills
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
