Job Description:

• xperience interacting with International (US) customers /Clients.
• Experience on Eligibility Verification (EBV)
• Awareness on US Health Insurance guidelines, the claims submission process andprocedures.
• Good knowledge / work experience on US HealthcareProcess.
• Good to have Experience on filling out complex insurance claimforms
• AnalysingExplanation of Benefits (EOB) forms to ensure insurance companies have paid forcharges
• Following up with the appropriate parties (insurance companies and patients) to ensure billsarepaid
• Understand andanalysethe patientrecords
• Determining the correct codes for patientrecords
• Using codes to bill insuranceproviders
• Interacting with physicians and assistants to ensureaccuracy
• Keeping track of patient data over multiplevisits
• Managing detailed, specifically-codedinformation
• Maintaining the patient confidentiality and informationsecurity
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Work Hours: Night shifts only (7 PM to 4 AM IST)

No transportation, candidates have to manage their own transport.
