Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support Representative

Location: Mahipalpur Delhi, India

Responsibilities:

1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.

2. Providing product information, troubleshooting assistance, and resolving customer issues.

3. Documenting customer interactions and feedback in the system.

4. Collaborating with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

5. Basic computer skills such as navigating software systems, using email, and data entry.

Requirements:

1. Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented approach.

2. Basic knowledge of computer systems and software.

3. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.

4. Problem-solving skills and patience to handle customer concerns.

5. Previous experience in customer service is a plus.

Salary range: 14k 20k
