Your Key Responsibilities
- Accept orders within pricing limits and check product and transport availability.
- Plan delivery dates within contracted period, taking into account product availability and priority of previously accepted orders.
- Select most efficient means of transport and arrange transport within Service Level Agreement terms. Suggest alternatives to sales management in case customer priorities, product availability or transport availability have changed.
- Ensure timely availability of documents required for transport or customs.
- Provide customer with samples if requested. Investigate and resolve logistic complaints (within competencies).
- Suggest improvements to increase logistic performance, in terms of quality and quantity. Support for Customer Portal onboarding & adoption. Monthly/weekly analysis report as per the format to provide.
- Closely working with Production/Quality and ensure the timely dispatch and delivery.
