We are looking for a Customer Care Service with 0-1 years of experience to provide excellent customer service and support to our clients. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The role requires a detail-oriented individual who is passionate about customer satisfaction and has a positive attitude towards problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information about products and services to customers
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain customer records and update account information
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate channels
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and follow up on feedback
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics and targets

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • 0-1 years of experience in customer service or related field
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Flexible to work in rotational shifts
