Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and emails in a timely and professional manner

- Maintain customer records and update account information
- Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate channels

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 0-1 years of experience in customer service or related field
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

- Flexible to work in rotational shifts
