Customer Support Executive Domestic Process

Role Overview:

We are seeking passionate individuals skilled in education technology to manage webinars, online courses, and provide operational support.

Key Requirements:

  • Skills: Excellent English communication, proficiency in MS Excel, G-Sheets, MS Word, Google Docs (Power BI & AI knowledge is a plus).
  • Tools: Must own a laptop.
  • Attitude: Go-getter mindset.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer, Business, or Technology.

Job Details:

  • Work: Office-based, Salt Lake, Sector 5.
  • Hours: 10 AM - 10 PM.
  • Days: 6 days/week, 1 rotational off.
  • Salary:
  • Freshers: 13.8k - 15.8k (in hand).
  • Experienced: Up to 18.5k (in hand, based on last salary).
  • Benefits: PF, ESI.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and manage webinars, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Provide technical and operational support during webinars.
  • Handle inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
  • Stay updated on education industry trends.
