Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Care Professional at Mentor Prep. The role involves providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, utilizing analytical skills to address customer inquiries, communicating effectively with clients, and delivering top-notch customer service. While the role is primarily located in Pune, there is flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills
• Analytical Skills and Communication
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
• Prior experience in customer service or related field
• Knowledge of CRM software and customer management systems
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
