Job Description:
As a Customer Success Executive at Dentalkart, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving conversions. You will be responsible for engaging with Dentalkart customers who have saved products in their cart but have not completed the purchase. Additionally, you will be required to make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce them to Dentalkart's products and services.
Responsibilities:
Cart Conversion: Reach out to Dentalkart customers who have saved products in their cart but have not completed the purchase. Understand their needs and provide assistance to facilitate the conversion process.
Outbound Calling: Make proactive outbound calls to potential customers to promote Dentalkart's products and services. Effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of shopping with Dentalkart.
Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers and establish long-lasting relationships. Address any concerns or questions they may have and provide prompt resolution to ensure a positive customer experience.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Dentalkart's product offerings, features, and benefits. Stay updated on new products and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers regarding their shopping experience, product preferences, and suggestions for improvement. Communicate feedback to the relevant teams to drive product and service enhancements.
Requirements:
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for engaging with customers effectively and articulating the value proposition.
Sales Aptitude: Demonstrated ability to persuade and influence customers to take action. Previous experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred.
Customer-Centric Approach: Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building positive relationships with customers.
Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and overcome objections while maintaining a positive attitude. Persistence and resilience are key traits for success in this role.
Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well in a team environment. Willingness to support colleagues and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using technology and proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools to manage customer interactions and track progress.
