Job Description
We seek a proactive and experienced Customer Care Lead to manage customer interactions, lead and train the customer care team, and ensure smooth collaboration with various departments to enhance the customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chat. Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, ensuring timely follow-up on unresolved concerns.
- Manage and maintain customer records in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and tracking. Provide accurate product and service information to customers.
- Train, mentor, and guide the customer care team, ensuring high performance and excellent customer service standards.
- Work closely with the delivery and operations teams to ensure smooth coordination and resolution of customer issues.
- Identify and generate potential leads during customer interactions, and share them with the sales team.
Qualifications
- Fluency in both Hindi and English is mandatory.
- Adequate experience in customer care, customer support, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in handling CRM systems
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet.
