As a Customer Service/Customer Support intern at Indian Gifts Portal, you will have the exciting opportunity to interact with customers and assist them with their queries and concerns. Your English proficiency, both spoken and written, will be crucial in providing excellent customer service. Proficiency in MS-Office and MS-Excel will also be required to organize and manage customer data effectively.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the software.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to provide personalized recommendations to customers.
- Monitor customer feedback and escalate any issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Contribute to the overall success of the company by providing exceptional customer support and service.
