Key Responsibilities:
Part of the INDmoney Customer experience stocks team based out of Gift City,
Gujarat with the key focus of ensuring best of the class customer experience.
Interact with customers via Email/chat as well as calls (inbound/outbound) to resolve Customer queries / complaints / grievances.
Provide support to customers by handling queries related to trading, portfolio
management, and account related issues.
Resolve queries on call or email with defined TAT
Coordinate with internal departments to seek support on query resolution where required
Show a high amount of persuasion and resilience so as to deliver an excellent experience and at the same time drive an increase in customer satisfaction score.
Adapt at using customer services ticketing processes such as : FreshDesk. Also should be very adapt at toggling between dashboards to solve customer queries
and problems.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years experience in customer service
Should understand basic concepts of capital/equity markets.
Experience in stock broking, financial services, or a related field candidates will be preferred.
Bachelor's degree
Excellent communication skills : Strong with verbal and written
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Passionate : willing to go beyond the call of duty.
Should be able to manage large ticket volumes during times of surge.
Ability to adhere to defined processes & respond within TAT.
Should work in rotational shifts (Mon-Sun)
