Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Executive located in Mumbai. The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role may also involve some sales-related tasks.

Excellent Communication and writing skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing New Product Performance Review
  • Preparing Priority Report on Monthly basis.
  • Preparing Distributor wise Priority Report on Quarterly basis.
  • Preparing Monthly Sales Programme.
  • Preparing Plantwise Sale details as and when required.
  • Arranging Spare parts for customers from Plant.
  • Register Customer Complaints.
  • Follow up with QC team, Co-ordinators and Customers for QC reports, Spare Parts etc.
  • Forwarding the Complaints of End user to Distributors, Sales Persons.

Required Competency

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is a must.
  • Candidate with SAP Knowledge Preferable.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly Organized and Detail Oriented.
  • Qualification/ Experience

    • Any Graduate with 1-3 years experience

    • Excellent communication skills
    • Sales skills
    • Strong problem-solving abilities
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize
    • Attention to detail
    • Positive and empathetic attitude
    • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
    • Fluency in English and Hindi
