Title - Customer Care Executive
Location - Chandigarh IT Park
Shift - 5.5 days working, Rotational 9 hours shift + Cab Facility
Salary - Up to max 36K CTC + 5-6K monthly Incentives
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Customer-focused mindset with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with International process and inbound calling is preferred
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle customer service inquiries and provide support to clients
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Assist customers in navigating the company's products or services
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of customer interactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Achieve performance targets and KPIs
- No Sales/ No Targets.
