Job Description

Qualifications

  • Freshers to 6 month
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Shift: 12:00 am - 8:30 am (5 working days)

Requirement

  • The day-to-day tasks include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • The Customer Support Executive will also be responsible for providing online support via email, phone, and chat.
  • The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to our clients.
  • Must have a Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Networking.
