Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Care Executives to join our dynamic BPO team in the Collections department.

Work Mode: Work from Office

Location: Gurugram

Salary: 18,000 - 27,000

Responsibilities

  • Contact customers to remind them of overdue payments.
  • Negotiate payment plans based on their financial situation and company policies.
  • Update the recovery system with customer interactions and payment arrangements.
  • Provide professional and empathetic service to address any customer inquiries or concerns.

Qualifications

  • Communication Skills: Excellent proficiency in English with no major MTI (Mother Tongue Influence) or RTI (Regional Tongue Influence). Grammatical and pronunciation accuracy is essential.
  • Education: Graduates and undergraduates are welcome to apply.
  • Experience: Both experienced professionals and freshers are encouraged to apply.
  • Work Schedule: 6 days a week.

Note: Candidates must be comfortable with a walk-in interview.
