- Position: Customer Support Executive (Male/Female)

- Shift: 24/7; Majority Night Shift as per US hours; 5 Days working

Graduation
Experience in BPO preferred, especially in an International Process
- Freshers with relevant skills may also be considered
Excellent communication skills in B2 or C1 level US English (Verbal and Written)
- Typing speed of 35 WPM with 90% accuracy
- Roles and Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries and concerns effectively and professionally
- Provide accurate information to customers regarding products and services
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues promptly
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Willingness to work night shifts as per the US timezone

Pay: 25,- 00 - 29,000.00 per month
