Working days and timings 6 days 9.30 am to 6.30 pm
Location Ahmedabad
Experience: - Minimum 1 year
Qualification - Graduate
Job Role & Responsibilities:-
- Coordination with our customers
- Solving customer queries over call, mail or text
- Coordinating with team mates
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Focus on customer satisfaction
Any other specialization:-
- Any industry but there should be relevant experience
- Good communication skills
- Fluent in English, Hindi & Gujarati languages
