The Customer Care Executive is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. They will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Customer Support:- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Provide accurate and helpful information to customers.- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.- Proactively identify and address customer needs.
Gather customer feedback and suggestions for improvement.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes.
Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent customer service.- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- Qualifications and Skills
+2 or above.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service.- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Experience in a customer service role is preferred.
