We are looking for a seasoned, passionate, and process-oriented Customer Care Executive.
Responsibilities
- Catering to customers phone calls, and resolving their concerns
- Curating streamlined email and social media communication mediums for offers, updates, and much more
- Dealing with customer issues and churning out an easy-to-follow solution
- Managing orders, payment, and delivery of customer orders
- Handling customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner
- Informing customers of upcoming promotions or deals
- Establishing a positive rapport with all clients and customers
- Maintaining reports & sharing information with the manager
- Interacting with customers to ensure they have a desirable and shareable experience
- Conducting customer satisfaction surveys to understand areas of improvement, and satisfaction
- Catering to customers phone calls and resolving their concerns
Desired Skill Set
- Should have an experience in a D2C company.
- Bachelors degree in business administration or relevant field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience as a customer support executive or similar position.
- Should have experience in dealing with customer queries.
- Proficiency in MS office.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
