Cab facility available Both Side (deduction of 500 per month in Pune) Shift Timings ( EU/Middle East//US/UK Shift) US process night shift will be there but agent should be ok with 24*7 / rotational shifts Note-Please note Home Pick up & Home drop is applicable only for 1.5km radius from mentioned Nodal points mentioned in nodal point list.

Minimum 1 year of International voice experience (Customer service (Billing), basic technical & Sales) Preferred In Billing (Understanding of recurring bills, Billing cycle Change, Due date, Prorated charges, Auto-Pay & Surcharges, Service charges and taxes) Clarity in thought process (Able to articulate his/ her thought) Ability to handle tough situation with customer. Excellent communication skills. Customer handling skills. Strong ability to multitask and take fast decisions independently. Willing to work in a 24*7 environment (Rotational shifts/5 Days a week).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 30,217.78 - 38,264.83 per month
